- Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket will be applicable only for the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member.
- Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on site for rates.
- What To Bring: umbrella, sunscreen, camera, and extra cash.
- Persons with disabilities (PWD) can join this activity. However, PWDs are advised to skip the Middle Station and go straight to the Top Station. The Middle Station is not PWD-friendly.
- Each Standard Gondola can accommodate 6 persons with a total weight of 480kg.

- It takes 15 minutes to reach the top station.
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
- Please note: any closure of cable car ride due to extreme weather will not be refunded or amended.

- Foreign nationals may be asked to share their passport and visa details upon arrival.
